Welcome to the Cryogenic Electronic-Optical Semiconductor Laboratory
Consider joining Professor Chi-Te Liang’s Laboratory at the Department of Physics, National Taiwan University. Our group actively collaborates with prestigious research institutions worldwide, including the University of Cambridge (UK), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA), Chiba University (Japan), National Institute of Standards and Technology (USA), Stanford University (USA), State University of New York at Buffalo (USA), and University of New South Wales (Australia). We welcome motivated students to participate in our research projects. Many of our graduates have pursued successful careers at TSMC and other leading international companies.
